The catalogue is sorted by media type: Music Books, Music Reference Books, Videos, CDs. Each media type is then subdivided into sub-categories by style: General Guitar, Jazz Guitar, Classical Guitar, Flamenco Guitar etc. Within the Music Book category, each style category is further divided into type: Methods, Supplements, Artist Folios etc.
Please bear in mind that it is difficult to categorise each title exactly and there can be a large degree of crossover between many categories. For this reason we have deliberately not included a South American category and most music in this style can be found in either the Jazz or Classical sections. In addition many jazz theory books suitable for jazz guitarists can be found in the Jazz Theory for All Instrumentalists section.
DVD Formats...
There are two technical standards for DVDs - NTSC, and PAL. In general, different countries use different formats. Many modern DVD players can play more than one format but it is advisable to check your DVD player manual before ordering a DVD in a format you are unsure about. PAL is the standard format for the UK and most other European countries and the majority of our DVDs are in PAL format where available, for further information on a particular title please check www.FretsOnly.com. Here is a list of all countries listed by format:

DVDs are available in different regions for different countries. Most of our DVDs are region free which means they will
play in all DVD players however some DVDs are only available in one region. For information on individual DVDs see

Delivery...
Items in stock are dispatched by return. Items ordered before 14.00hrs GMT are dispatched the same day, otherwise they are dispatched the next working day. UK and Western Europe* orders are despatched by Royal Mail or by courier service. Rest of World orders are despatched by Royal Mail (Economy) unless otherwise requested. Delivery times vary depending on the delivery option chosen at the time of ordering, and from country to country. The following list shows the approximate length of time you can expect to wait for your order to arrive.
UK: 1-2 days
Western Europe*: 2-3 days
Rest of the World (Priority): 5-7 days
Rest of the World (Economy): 8-12 weeks

We endeavour to keep the prices in our catalogue as up to date as possible, however prices are subject to change without notice.
Returns...
We do not accept returns on goods supplied correctly to order. Missing, damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied orders or items should be notifi ed within four days of receipt so that we can recify the problem quickly.
